What is your Glow and why do you need to radiate it? A few years ago this word had no meaning apart from in terms of a light. I had heard of an inner glow yet it meant nothing to me. A few years ago I was in a dark place and in need of help and support to guide me out of that space. It took me quite a while to realise that in order to step out of the darkness I needed to connect to my inner light. Once I decided to make a change it led to my creating time and investing in myself to get the help and support I needed. Getting help is not always easy, we often don’t feel that we need it or deserve it and I know I have felt both of those things. I also realised that I needed tools that I could carry using. It wasn’t about just talking through things with someone and feeling better for that hour, it was more about how I could keep feeling better. I needed to recognise the stories and illusions that kept appearing in my life and learn how to move forwards. I now have a wonderful set of tools that keeps re-connecting me back to my light and my inner peace time and time again and I want to share them with all of you.

I had no idea how important connecting to my breath and body was until I started a yoga practice and even then it still took me a long time to really feel at ease and with this connection and start to use it much more consciously on a daily basis. Our breath gives us life and it has the ability to tell us so much. Once you learn to consciously control it you will find it much easier to stay calmer, and in moments of anxiety and upset the tools you learn will help to relax your nervous system and in turn help your entire body relax. Meditation takes so many different forms and all it really is, is a full connection to your body. The ability to really be in your body without any external forces affecting it. It has allowed me to be much more patient, to relax, and shift away from judgement. Most importantly it has taught me to be myself, to be able to listen to my inner voice and the intuition it offers. These sessions will allow you to find your connection to your body and breath and find a meditation system that works for you, that you can use every day.
